Performance
By account
Each book is its own strategy — the blended number hides more than it shows.
Positions
Every round trip from flat to flat. Scaling in and out is one position, shown at its average entry and exit.
Calendar
Click a day to run through it below. A left edge marks a day you have journalled, and the badge is how much of your day you got done.
Habits
Ledger
What the tools cost. Every subscription normalised to a monthly figure, and set against what the book actually made.
Playbook
Your setups, written down before the session and tagged to the tickers they apply to. Search a symbol to pull up its plan while the trade is live.
Daily check-in
The numbers are the scorecard. This is the part only you can fill in — and the part that changes next week's numbers.
Data
Everything on the other tabs is computed from the executions stored here. Import a fresh export any time — duplicates are skipped, so re-importing an overlapping file is safe.

Exporting from your broker
A file is recognised by its header row, never by its filename — so rename the download however you like, but import it with the header intact and don’t re-save it from a spreadsheet with columns dropped. Re-importing a file that overlaps one you already loaded adds nothing, so you can always import the wider export.
Webull most detail
- Open the Webull desktop app — the phone app exports statements, not order records.
- Go to Account → Orders.
- Click Export Orders at the top of the window and choose your date range.
- Webull emails the file to you. Download it, then drop it here.
Keyed on the Filled Time and Side columns. This is the
only export that carries fill times, so intraday sequencing is exact, and the only one that
includes cancelled orders — which is what fills the cancel-rate chart on Habits. It has no fee
column, so fees come in as zero.
Schwab
- Sign in at schwab.com and go to Accounts → History.
- Pick the account, set a custom date range, and click Search.
- Click Export on the right and save the CSV.
Keyed on Date, Action, Amount and
Fees & Comm — that is the Transactions export, not Positions or
Realized Gain/Loss. Only rows whose action is exactly Buy or Sell are
read, so dividends, transfers and option legs such as Buy to Open are left out.
Fidelity
- Sign in at fidelity.com and select the account.
- Go to Activity & Orders → History.
- Choose a period, click Go, then the Download link.
- Fidelity caps each download at about 90 days, so a full year takes several files — drop them all in at once, overlaps are skipped.
Keyed on Run Date and Action. Only rows whose action
reads YOU BOUGHT or YOU SOLD are read.
Tapewright moving a book
- On the old copy, scroll down this tab to Export all executions.
- Import the resulting
executions.csvon the new one.
Header Account,Symbol,Side,Qty,Price,Fees,Timestamp. Fills come back
exactly as they were stored. Order counts aren’t carried in this file, so the cancel-rate chart
stays empty for those days.
Schwab and Fidelity exports carry dates but no times. Same-day fills therefore keep the order they appear in the file, and a sell with nothing to match lands in Sells with no cost basis below rather than being read as a short. Webull and Tapewright files are timestamped, so shorts are recognised.
